Qi Luo (罗琦) is a Post-doctoral Fellow in the department of Computer Science and Engineering at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, Hong Kong SAR, China, supervised by Prof. Song Guo, Fellow of IEEE. Before that, in 2022, he received PhD degree in computer science and technology from Shandong University (山东大学), Qingdao, China, supervised by Prof. Xiuzhen Cheng and Prof. Dongxiao Yu in School of Computer Science and Technology.

His research interests include graph database and graph federated learning.
